1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Tinkerer Vote ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

The Service is available exclusively to members of the Tinkerer Club Discord community. Access is verified through Discord OAuth authentication.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting ideas
• Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
• Not attempt to manipulate voting through multiple accounts or automation
• Respect other community members

4. Content Ownership

Ideas submitted to the Service remain your intellectual property. By submitting, you grant Tinkerer Club a non-exclusive license to display and use the content for community purposes.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the community.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on voting results.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
